help! accidentally deleted video on memory card

i accidentally deleted some vacation video on my memory card, can someone recommend a program to undelete it? preferably free program

I don't think its possible if it didn't go in the recycle bin. You could try googling it.

And don't have the recovery results save back to the media. Save the data to your hard drive. Just in case you need to try it again with alternate settings. Seriously.
