I like to do things the natural way which work pretty good for me, go all day without eating except for 1 or 2 light snacks with sugar in it, get plenty of excercise, late night eat whatever you want, drink whatever want, party and let nature take it's toll.
Also listenining to your favorite music with a good buzz can have some pretty good theraputic effects as well. Being a DJ I listen to alot of trance/house type music which with the right buzz can take your mind on a pretty nice journey and free your soul every night of the week, what more do you need.
