DHL Problems???

Not sure if this what the right section to put this but anyway i have a shipment coming in via DHL however whenever I attempt to track it on their site it says 'no result found for your query' - my supplier says that it is normal and that I shouldn't worry. Anyone know what's going on?

If you don't see anything in 3-4 days, your tracking no is ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Anyone can get a tracking no off a blank shipping manifest. If your your shipment is part of some escrow arrangement, the seller is usually required to ship within specific time frame. ⊗⊗⊗⊗ tracking no is one way to circumvent this process.

seller is probably just stalling for time.

The delay may have something to do with the Volcano irrupting in Iceland. Due to the massive ash, air space in Europe has been closed.

try to check the tracking number as a reference number on the global dhl site.
