diets don't work. Just go jogging. Walk first then jog then walk home. do that every day or every other day 2 miles, 5 miles then ten.....You can eat what you want. My neighbor goes to the mall and she just walks fast around every corner and every floor. Nice airconditioned workout.

I USED to be able to jog - now i get shin splints. i walk around quite a bit with the horses etc, but i think i might still join a gym.

I hate running! =( I just don't like it. lol I rather hit the weights the jog, something about the testosterone surge I guess.

You don't really need a gym just a jump rope, medicine ball, pull-up bar and a matt, calisthenics and plyos that's all you need.
