Keep in mind, it all depends on the host. Usually, when a complaint letter is sent, they will either:
A) Automatically suspend your account
B) Give you some times to comply to the notice and they will tell you not to do it again
It depends on the vps host, and does not necessarily depends on the location of the vps....
