after using these forums for a while now, i know how mich some of u guys know about what conmpanies can and cant do legally - like holding money for certain time ect.

now basically i have 2 different betting websites that have held money of mine for over 6 months, because when i withdrew they asked for a heap of id, which natrually i didnt want to send over.

is there a time limit they can hold the money? is there anything i can use to get them to return it??

legal advice cannot be given here, but a private company, irrespective of its terms and conditions, is subject to a legal challenge for keeping money, as that is not the law of the land in most if not all juristictions. These companies have been challenged previosly and the plaintiff has won their monies back, a legal challenge where paperwork is filed can be settled before court.
