This is the AUSTRALIAN speciality.
Egg whites beaten until they are firm. When I make such a cake I do the mantra rsot rsot rsot rsot rsot.
As close as I can get to whooping the lumberjack 
Then I blend in sugar, mix together, bake. Then when cool decorate with cream strawberries
For rsot's birthday it's going to be baked seal decorated with tundra berries
