Hong kong is a no no... Phones might be made in China but when it comes to phones stay far away from the chinese stuff unless you personally know the seller/company
ummm hell no. if you are going to buy them on ebay, buy them from someone selling their own personal phone, has good feedback, and does not sell a lot of phones. companies selling 100s-1000s of phones do not inspect them.
Even a big seller with 2000 fb and lets say its 99% positive i still feel a little shady buying a expansive phone from them. Especially if they are selling a lot of them. Also if they are all brand new i question how/where they get them. If i ever bought a phone from eb*y it would be from a seller who has no history of selling phones.
Are you testing what people will think of your imitation phones? or are you seriously wanting to buy one? Either way is a NO NO.
Imitaiton phones? C'mon nowhere I said im selling imitaiton phones. Im just saying would you buy. I have bought a few and there original with no problems as gifts!

99% of people getting a phone as a gift think they are lucky... for the thought alone they might overlook any problems.
Might be inclined to think how loverly you are
Sell them and meet buyers who are more prickly & picky than a porcupine.

Just pay with a CC and file a chargeback if you get screwed. They seem to get away with it at will on us right?? If I did it I would go that route. Tell them in an email that you want a real phone and if its not then you will take action. More than likely they will just block you though. lol..
