Well if it's not saved on your computer and you threw out the pages it looks like it's over...

when you scan something, the software usually makes either some tmp files or just normal jpeg/tiff/etc files to some folder on the harddrive. so you can check your software settings for this folder destination and perhaps there will be something there. perhaps you may find these files manually in a form you would not expect them to be but still it can be possible.
but if it scans and replaces the previous file with a new one of course therewill be nothing to find, depends on the settings.

Type about:cache in the link bar and it will tell you.

The folder contains a bunch of randomly named files with no extensions, you'll have to open them with Word or whatever program you used to view the original documents. Judge which ones may be the right ones from attributes such as file size and creation date.

If the scans were saved somewhere and you just dont know where.
Just scan one more document.... save it at the default location and keep note of what the default location is.
Alternatively, as soon as you save this new document, search in all the folders for files created in the last 5 minutes.
See if you find the temp file for the file you just scanned. That will give you the location of all the temp files. And with luck you may be able to find the old files in this location...

Although if they were temp, they may not be retained for this long :(
All the best though

I didn't scan this online. I scanned these docs from kodak printer to my desktop, but its not there anymore. I tried about:Cache can't find nothing!

How do I check temporary files?

Using IE:

Start. In box where it says Search programs & files, put Temporary Files, enter.
Page opens Internet Properties

Scroll down to Browsing history
(r) side Settings. Enter settings

Next page is named Temporary Internet Files.
3 boxes (r) View Files. Open there.

Will be lots of info. Top (R) of page is another search box. Try something from what you scanned, if you can recall any terms.
Good Luck

Open the start menu and select 'Computer'. In the text box in the top right corner of the new window that opened type '*.pdf'. See if you can spot the file you saved. If it was 100 pages then it would be a fairly large file.
