Yea, its something new this year. Alot of people complain there about the 21 day hold, but paypal doesn't seem to care and the mods there called adrian and some other idiots don't give a crap since there getting paid.
They did this to create talk so they can get someone to hand them information they would love to have.
Sorry, no takers for that forum unless you are stupid.
They never have your best interest in mind, but they always have their best interested in mind and created a way to gain info they normally would not be able to get.
