Ha always have to be careful having someone on the inside - while it would be nice, I am sure Eb has checks in place to weed out the weasels.

I'm sure they check for that. But honestly you have to either be an idiot or you just want to know too much at once to get caught. I would personally take my sweet old time and plan everything.

Too bad im not moving to cali just for an ebay job. Whats the minimum rate over there?

They have checks in place to stop us as well, but that doesn't seem to be working now does it... :clap: :clap:

I don't get why they want us to be stealth and allow us to do it.... Why suspend our real accounts in the first place........Do they have deals with banks, credit cards, phone verification systems or something.... do they get like a % of the money or something???

You would think there would have been some ex or current ebay/paypal empoyee's as active member's on this site by now, there's gotta be somebody here that works for them.

Thats what i would be thinking, i always thought, im working OFF of ebay, would probably be cool to go to the "dark Side" and work for ebay, you know, see what it would be like, " lol, you're a stealth user, dont give me that sob story"

i wonder how much they pay...
plus what position do they really have?

One or two members have admitted to it in the past year, or at least they claimed to be. But, their post count was lest than 10 and then they disappear.

well, if the point is having someone on the inside to tell us their secrets, we already know that ourselves by having our accounts. Both failed and successful accounts gives us the insights ;)

It would be pain in the *** for me listening to stories same as mine over the phone knowing I won't be able to assist. I'd rather be making accounts and kicking their *** :fight:

No doubt about that, taking notes on all your failed and sucessful accounts can give you alot more insight than 1 ebay employee could..

Pay is crapperific - plus you would have to deal with idiot supervisors and annoying clients for sure.

3606 more eyes to watch for stealth accounts and take them down... great

"Customer Service Specialist"

They run quality checks to track the employee's performance. The more accounts you ban/limit, the better you look in the eyes of your boss

If you don't suspend anyone, you would most likely lose your job

Anyway, I'm curious to know if their HR team runs checks on our eB@y history when/if we apply for jobs :typing:
