MAC vs PC,,,Most people do not know this but the truth is MAC LOST,,,From the begining there were 2 Platforms on Which ALL Personal computers were based on 1 Developed by Motorolla (MAC) the other by IBM (PC) in the Early days the Motorolla Platform did indeed perform Better, that is when its Reputation of being a Superior Platform, motorolla only allowed 2 Companies to produce computers based on there Platform, Macintosh, and APPLE, IBM licenced Any company INTEL,and AMD then Developed the IBM Platform (X86) toa Point that Motoroll STOPPED making chips to support their Platform about 6 or 7 years ago,,,ALL "MAC's now have INTEL Inside them,,so they are NOT really MACs anymore,,,

Iphone, Ipad it is the SAME thing all over again,,Apple wants you in their own little world, Apple Device, Apps, Music, ect, ect, NOTHING that works on an Apple can Work anywhere Else,,meanwhile there are COUNTLESS other companies out there cCONSTANTLY developing fasted Chips, Faster phones, more features,

All APPLE is selling is a MYTH, a Belief that their product is somehow ELITE, but the TRUTH of the matter is that even though the 4g Network has been available in some markets for almost 4 YEARS, and has been available in 95+% of the USA now for about 2 Years Apple has yet to Introduce a 4g Phone,,Now, How superior of a Product can it POSSIBLY be if it cannot take full advantage of the Networks it is Designed to work on?

You're forgetting one important thing. The aftermarket for iphone and ipad accessories and apps is enormous. If you need some special accessory for your iphone or ipad, someone out there is probably selling it. Try that with an android phone or tablet and you'll come up empty. If you're looking for a specific game or app, the itunes store most likely has it. Not so with the play store, which is pretty pathetic, btw. If you want further customization for your iphone or ipad, just download a little program, connect your device to your computer, and execute. To root your android phone you have to go thru a whole bunch of steps, and download this and that, and then you have to find the rom that works best with your phone, etc., etc.

There is a reason why the iphone outsells all android phones combined. Once the 7" ipad mini comes out it will destroy the current tablet market. I also believe the iphone 5 will have a 4 inch screen, and better camera. It's pretty much lights out. With that said, my biggest criticism of apple is the lack of a new OS. All they do is update the old one over and over.

as for Accessories there is NOTHING that is available for an Iphone/Ipad that is Not available for Android,,

4in Screen, better Camera,, So What, HTC has been Shipping MANY Phones with 4.3in Screens and 8MP Cameras for WELL OVER a Year now, hell DELL even made a phone with a 5in Screen 2 Years ago

As for Rooting, Well look at all the Manufactures that Produce Android Phones, Samsung, HTC, LG, ect, ect, each "Tweaks" the OS to their Particular Phones Needs, that is why there are so many Roots. It is all these contributions from all these different research Depts from all these Manufactures that make Android a FAR BETTER OS

as for the 7" Mini, that will indeed be interesting, that Market is DOMINATED by Kindle, Which of Course is Android Based, and unless Apple is willing to compete on Kindles Price/Quality Level, it will be VERY Difficult for them

As for Iphones Outselling "all Android Combined" Thats ABSURD
