that is ebay advertisement, "marketplace" is the essence of ebay which is not ready to grow up!! ebay is still what it used to be, nothing changes, sellers are still competing on price and buyers are still looking for "cheap stuff"!!!
in China, taobao used to be the "marketplace" where sellers compete with each other on price, now it has developed to Tmall where sellers compete themselves on service, and price is not the no 1 priority for buyers.
