I have the home blue light thingy and also use whitening toothpaste, I went to dentist few times, did a procedure called internal whitening it was slightly better than home one, but my teeth were never blue/white, I personally think that effect is acheived only with veneers. I drink tea, and effect does not last long regardless....

your teethe are made up of odd shapped particles (think a pile of sugar cubes)

stains get in the gaps and cant be brushed out

tea and red wine are bad

i consume ample amounts of both

Yes, I am aware of this. That's why I'm trying something other than brushing.

What strength is it? I believe they sell 3 ranging from basic to professional. I've only used the professional.

They do lighten teeth...somewhat. I used four strips total at a time to cover most teeth opposed just using two total that would just whiten the front four teeth. Too much area shown not whitened when grinning too widely.

Word of caution: if your using the pro grade, you MUST take them off after 1 hour. I kept them on for longer than 1 hour and paid for it. Several hours after using, my teeth were severely sensitive and irritated.

There was also the side effect after the removing strips of a lot of saliva produced which meant I expelled a lot of it. A LOT. It was REALLY inconvenient at in the middle of the night. Of course, being who I am, I didn't take heed to the advice I'm giving until several times it happened. So I speak from experience.

I bought a pack of 30 off Amazon for $40.


It's the professional one. I believe the others would be a waste of money.

Why don't you try it and tell us if they work or not.

simpler to darken your face, make you teeth whiter (works with dirty fingernails too)
