The best era of music ever made was the late 1970s through the mid 1980s.

Todays junk music with some exceptions is not music and does not compare to some of those bands and stars from the time period above.

Sadly we all have to listen to todays horrific music with cursing and other non interesting wording, but hopefully some of the lesser talent will just fade away like they always do.

VERY Simple,,,Without guys like DJ Kool Herc, The Rock Steady Crew, The Funky Four, The Cold Crush Brothers, GrandMaster Flash, Run DMC, Melle Mel ect, ect, Who Took ALL of the Abuse that was Thrown at them from EVERYWHERE, Stood Up to it, Fought it Off, and eventually CONQUERED it allowing (FORCING would be a better word) RAP to enter The Main stream,,

Without them, Guys like LiL Wayne would be Pumping Gas in Jersey somewhere,,,
