Is there any thermal label printer that prints labels for international labels. I have the Zebra 2844 but cant seem to print international labels. It always comes out too small.

That must be a software or settings issue. I use the same printers and they work for international labels. Since they include the customs forms, the fonts ARE smaller, but I have not had a problem with deliveries.
Are your labels printing to almost the edges of the 4x6 label?

I just print using ebay shipping. The USPS fonts dont fit unto the 4x6 labels so I use a laser printer for that. What software do you use or settings?

I love Zebra printers. Especially the 2844. New they are $500, but you can pick one up on eBay used for $150 and they are well worth it. Labels are cheap and available from many sources and there is no toner to buy. These things are SOLID! I have two, the older one is now 3 years old and still going strong even though it prints about 100 labels per day.
I have 3 of the Zebra 2844 printers with the cutter and ethernet port which is sweet for splitting up big batches of labels to print in less time. I also have dymo 450 for labeling inventory and shelving. The Zebra printers are the bomb for postage. With Endicia and the 2844 you can print all classes of USPS postage domestic and international.
