They need to stop this stuff and put the Super Bowl in warm weather stadiums or domes.

Why have all this hype and people spending massive amounts of money to go to the game when it is suppose to snow them in or out.

Not a good decision by the NFL.

Then the idea of players getting hurt is in the back of my mind.

Think about it.

If you had tickets and flew into NY Friday night or even Saturday.

Snow comes in and game is called until the next Sunday.

You could be trapped in NYC for days with the snow and ice.

Fly home only to have to fly back to see the game if you can.


Someone needs to wake up. Fans could be the big loser here along with players ending careers which could have been avoided.

I can certainly do without the Superbowl in my area.

Commuting to work has been a nightmare!!!

Are you close to the SB site then?

Because of the snow and extra people?

Do you mean fans are already in town? I surely would have cancelled any flights as I dont fly in snowstorms, ice etc.

I'd like to see Broncos and Peyton win it. Tired of hearing Peyton needs to win 1 more. He's done more than enough in his career to prove otherwise.

Yes, I think alot of ppl are in town already or staying in the city (nYC is about 25 minutes from the stadium). Seems like we're more congested than normal. Our roads are congested as it is, but with the extra national security and people in the area, it makes it tough to do the normal commute.

If homer predicted 19 points in 2005. Gotta have 4 Fgs and one TD. Unless you get some kinda safety or something. But yea, it is funny how people pull things outta the woodwork like the Simpsons clip from a show and it makes headlines.

Reminds me of the Jim Harbaugh episode of Save by the Bell where he was suppose to be Screeches cousin making the rounds last year.
