I don't need this for eBay or Amazon or PayPal or anything. So don't worry.

If you could recommend me something similar to Tor or HotSpot shield I would appreciate it!

If not for Az, eB, or whatever, guess Tor would be ok but probably look into VPS if you feel it's warranted - really depends on what it's for mcmx /shrug

VPS, VPN, Tor and Proxies would be your best.

Hardest to track is Tor, but can be tracked on the exit nodes.

VPS second

TOR third.
Careful use of TOR maybe less expensive in the long run
