Item delivered but the buyer claimed a chargeback to her credit card issuing bank.
A bad buyer used her PO Box to order an item and told me to ship it quickly.
She ordered from my website. I use Stripe to take the credit card payment.
I shipped it with USPS delivering confirmation.
USPS tracking shows "Item was delivered".
One month later, bad buyer open a dispute with her credit card issuing bank and said the payment was "Unrecognized".
I emailed her and got no response.
When I called her, she said she was busy and she didn't receive the package.
She told me to call back and leave the voice mail.
So I left a voice mail and the tracking number. No response for her afterward.
I believe it is a chargeback fraud. She received the item and got her money back from her credit card company.
Now, what do I do??
Please share your experience with me.
Thank you.
