It might actually be better if Curry becomes more of a two. As seen in the playoffs he turns the ball over way too much playing the point. Will be interesting to see what happens.

If Lebron joins Pacers though, he can finish what Stevenson started with the sweet whispers of nothing in his ear .... |

Now you have a possible no. 1 NBA draft pick who has an injury.
Cavs had better pass on him and take Wiggins.

I can see a blockbuster trade coming soon.
With all the talk I can see a lot of movement from major teams and players.

I think himself and Carmelo will try to make a run together somewhere in the East. Maybe include Chandler Parsons. I doubt he would go to West it is just to strong. In the East you could essentially be a 6-7 seed and be the top seed in the east. I know it isn't ideal but making the finals even if you lose is still better than not getting there. Legacy wise. I think Lebron is all about Legacy now. He has enough money from outside playing basketball it is not a problem.

Did he ever state how many rings he wants? Or anything like that?

if lebron really wants to cement his "the greatest" of all time legacy he needs to go to the west and win like he does in the east. otherwise for me personally he's.. ehh...
east is weak and will be for years to come. the west well damn anyone can not make it there

I dont think he needs rings to be mentioned as one the best ever.
But...
He knows many fans count rings because of MJ. We never heard of rings until MJ much.
Now the bar has been lifted to how many rings does one have?
He is the best player today and one of the best ever with out without rings to me but with todays "how many rings" do you have pressure I see him moving on to a team that will want to win.
He hates to lose, we all know that. Any good player hates to lose.
If Miami does not make some moves I see him landing somewhere else.
It does not need to be in the west.
People pile on more "if he wants to be great he need to do this and that" onto him.
He could retire today and already is being discussed as one of the best ever.
*** Vogeltron
I agree, he just made 32 mils on the Dre Beat deal alone.

James is great in every aspect. Other than his "decision" show he has been a stand up on everything during his career I won't fault him for that.
The one thing I always liked about Jordan was when he retired to play Baseball. Not saying it was the right decision. But at age 30 in professional sports and being the best player at his sport. He said you know what I want to go try what I really wanted to do a kid. Play Baseball.... I have always admired him for that.
We can compare Players and teams forever. James in his defense was never given a Pippen and all the role players in Cleveland. They had many opportunities to do so. You can't blame him for that.
I think the difference between James and Jordan is... That people look back at that era of the NBA somewhat as its golden age. Before all the tattoos and all the arrests etc. When the NBA still had a more clean cut image and Michael was the star among stars. Not to mention the craze even today between the Jordan Nike shoes and the brand. Remember when Jordan's Rookie card came out in the 80's the NBA was so lost they only had a single card set for two years of basketball.
James may be as great of talent no questions asked. But Jordan has that legacy. I can remember sports coaches saying Michael Jordan got cut from his H.S. basketball team. Look what happened. Sometimes the legend is just bigger. Jordan has that.

Orlando radio show said he thinks Lebron is going back to Cleveland as long as he can take a couple players like he did in Miami with him.
They have a great guard, picked Wiggins and need a few pieces of the puzzle he is saying.
Anyone else see this happening?

that would be crazy. I find it hard to believe. they would have to bring one more superstar down there with him... I find it weird that a superstar jumps from team to team. maybe im ol school

Heat got a very good point guard which they needed badly in Napier. Chalmers is pretty much useless.
The only way James stays in Miami is if they sign or trade for a shooting guard who can replace Wade who cannot go through another season like this last one.
Wade actually cost Miami badly trying to play when he cannot any longer due to his constantly being hurt.

I think he heads for Houston, or possibly the Warriors if they trade for Kevin Love. He will definitely go to the team who has the most pcs ready. I think he wants to stay in the East because it is an easier road to the finals. But depending on who lands where he will go to the place with the most talent. I would be shocked if he stayed in Miami.

Selfish Dwight who has amazing talents but chooses to not use them.

Lebron not going anywhere. Not many places more appealing than Mia. No state tax, eastern conference, and proven championship team.. I would've entertained the debate but after the Napier acquisition this thing is in the books.

He knows this same team without a healthy Wade wont beat the west teams.
People here in Florida are saying if he can get Melo or Bosh to follow him he will go back to Cleveland.
Dwight Howard is probably one of the most dominant players in the game but the last couple of years has become lazy and a crybaby so I cannot see him going to Houston.
Money is not going to be the issue for him.
