shockwave unresponse plugin

anyone get this message,

so if you press stop plugin it says shockwave flash player plugin has crashed, and if press continue it freezes, and if you exit , the message comes straight back again....

I have been getting crash messages about shockwave flash in the last couple of weeks, but once I click to stop, it does not come back up. I don't know what is causing it.

What browser are you using? I might have a fix if you use Chrome.

I used to get this error when my firefox was not configured to work properly with bitvise.
