 Paypal Plugin problems
I may need to ask Modee for some help on this, but is the Plugin screwed up or something?
I withdrew my balance to my bank account, but today I decided to buy the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack after watching the movie, and pay via Plugin. The Plugin FAQ says you can use your backup funding source if your balance is empty, so theoretically the plugin should still work.
The first time I tried to use a generated VCC, the transaction was declined. I tried it a second time, and it was declined again. I decided to give it one more go and the third time it went through. However, on "Daily Spending Limit Remaining," it said my daily spending limit was about $900 out of $1000, meaning it treated the two declined charges as if they went through!
Another thing was an AlertPay transfer to pay for a web template. The plugin didn't work at all, and I generated about three different VCCs because of all the failures. And the amount wasn't much either, just one $50 purchase, but Paypal Plugin denied the transfers (treated as a credit card transfer on AlertPay)!!
Now tell me, is the Plugin random, or does Paypal have absolutely horrible fraud management filters?? I need some help, because I don't want the plugin screwing up on me when I make an $800 purchase next week (seeing the daily limit is $1000, and if your transaction is declined, your daily limit still drops!!).
I also had the same issue when trying to pay Modee via GC. Can someone look into this?
