Default Our Favourite Investments

Interesting to read what fellow users invest their hard earned dollar into?

Here in Australia real estate is a very secured/profitable investment.

As well as real estate I also invest in vintage collectable motorcycles which have climbed in huge value over the past 10 years adding onto my inherited small collection.

That is so cool. My hubbie does custom painting for motorcycles and cars. He works at a shop and a reseller flipped a lamborghini for 400k today. We don't have the money for flipping cars yet, but we hope to one day!

More businesses. I have sold off most of my hard assets and look for more velocity.

Whole life insurance policies at least here in the USA can have exceptional living benefits if you use them correctly.

He moved shops recently. His old shop only did paint jobs on high end cars. So I got see lambo's, ferarri, lotus, and rolls royce etc. Someone brought in the most expensive Tesla you can get. It was ok. I love the lambo's the most. One guy was a super rich inventor and he owns two.

Car parts and certain cars are big money. Its a high risk game and you have to be able to sit on things for a long time. But if you can, you can kill it. One day I would love to get into that market.

I have a small 4 plex unit that are rented out and I am saving up to get another sometime early next year, I like to pay cash for things. But I am planning to fully do that and slowly get away from ebay.
I had my eyes on a medium sized double plex but the deal feel through.

I have a similar setup though only a duplex. I feel the same way about eBay mate, a year from now eBay should be irrelevant to me as my little duplex's income should kick up after a little reno is done.

The property where I live is ridiculous. A ****ty house costs 800,000 and the cheapest peace of vacant land is 1 mil. Even in a dive area. Totally over developed here.
