I try to break up the day with small jogs and always get outside when there's some sunshine. It can be hard to reel yourself back in though.

Having no savings, earnings gives me anxiety.

What keeps me going is my goals I want to acheive for my self and also for my close ones i.e my family.

Most important is that we all have many bills and need to eat so we need to earn to pay the bills and feed ourselves.

I always look at my long term goals and the bigger picture the things which I want to own or do for others which make me happy and content with.

A good way to stay motivated imo is to be part of a group of people doing the same things you do. This way you can share tips, things to avoid etc.
And to quote one of my favorite movie : " You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward"

If you ask any weed addict this, the only reply you’ll get is weed. But for me it’s a much more lighter one which is CBD. It doesn’t directly make me concentrate but it helps with my anxiety.

Motivation comes and goes man. It's fleeting. Dedication is what you want, and it can only be achieved by doing the things you don't want to do but know are good for you. It's all about consistency

To stay motivated I recently started keeping a journal documenting my achievements each day. For example, I write what kind of mood I have been in that day; my biggest achievements (2 nights ago I wrote about breaking a personal best at the gym & last night I wrote about how I made eye contact with everyone I was speaking to) and a quote to inspire me. Since starting I feel I have been able to keep track of my life better and constantly feel motivated reading about the things I have accomplished. I don't set out goals each day but I make things into massive achievements to boost my self-confidence.

In my case, my motivation is that I'm travelling the world selling on Ebay and others are in their boring 9am-5pm jobs and obviously the money
