| MadSam | 08-04-2010 09:04 AM | The new flavor Frosty shakes. Today I'm following jbuntz advice. Two baked potatoes. |
| OfficialGenius | 08-04-2010 09:10 AM | Burger King. Even though I have to follow the P90x meal plan once I start hitting the gym. |
| MadSam | 08-14-2010 10:44 AM | Hey, fast food isn't that bad for you as long as you balance. |
| SelfMade17 | 08-14-2010 02:25 PM | i recently tried McDonald new angus third pounders or whatever..and they are pretty good...haha..but feels so unhealthy..haha. |
| MadSam | 08-14-2010 02:58 PM | Yuk! McDonalds |
| philly387 | 08-25-2010 12:12 AM | Anytime I drive by McDonalds I start to feel sick... |
| digitalslave | 08-25-2010 01:24 AM | Hooter's - chicken wings
D'Angelos- #9 steak & cheese
McDonald's -angus burger
gotta go with KFC-original recipe
Wendy's - open late!
And waiting for the first Sonic to open in my state next month! |
| jbluntz | 10-14-2010 01:30 AM | Chicken fahita pita at Jack in the Crack, and I still have yet to find an Authentic Italian deli that sells thin crust pizza slices and small portions of pasta with real ingredients like garlic, olive oil and basil, I guess I'll have to open one myself. Jbuntz Authentic Italian Food, thin crust pizza and small portions of pasta without all that gunk on it, fresh natural ingredients from Italy. Al Dente, I'm gonna be rich. |
| original | 10-15-2010 01:37 PM | Wendy's FTW.
I hit the drive-thru last night at 1am. Got the chicken strips combo with those new premium salads they have instead of getting fries.
I must say, the Wendy's salad was a lot better than I'd had at a few dine-in restaurants. |

If you need any fitness or diet tips, just let me know, I can get you ripped out of your brains. Here's a real simple workout and partial diet plan:
Do some jumping jacks until you feel warmed up, grab yourself a couple 5 lb dumbells, if you don't have em forget em or get em later, then squat down and jump up as high as you can and as fast as you can 10 times.
Then drop down and do 10 push-up claps as explosive as you can and your done lol just turn over and do some crunches to cool down.
Do that as many times through out the day as you want and throw in more reps if you want just don't spend more than a few minutes at a time, that's when cortisol comes into play, you don't want that.
Here's a simple snack, organic corn chips w/ pico di gallo, only eat a few at a time when you feel hungry.
You'll be amazed at how easy it is to get in shape. |
| holymoly | 10-22-2010 03:16 AM | No one admits it...but MckyDees |

You'll be amazed at how easy it is to get in shape. | I know a guy who won Mr Universe twice who owns a couple of gyms. He's a big subscriber to the 6 meals a day plan, he says fast food is okay in moderation as long as you have a healthy balanced diet. |
| jeffweico | 10-23-2010 08:36 PM | If you are ever in Chicago, look up the Weiner's Circle. A small but popular Wrigleyville dive. Burgers and polishs are really great. But their Cheese Fries are the KING! They still use lard in their deep fry and they serve them with Merkt's cheese.
My CAT gives it two paws up!
:pound: |
Wendys :D
chicken nuggets with honey mustard
large chili
baked potato with bacon and cheese
double stack
fries
dr pepper
yummmmmmmmmm |
| jbluntz | 12-29-2010 02:36 AM | You live in Queens and eat at Wendy's? lol I'd take the Shake Shack, Five Guys burgers and fries and Whitecastle over Wendy's anytime lol... |

| Red X | 12-29-2010 06:09 PM | Some of you have good taste, but you are forgetting Portillo's hotdogs, and cheeseburgers. Also Charley's Grilled Subs, and Cheese fries are the best hands down. |
| FandangoKango | 12-31-2010 08:48 PM | so is this why america is fat with fast food favorites? hmm - thinking how happy i left fast food a long time ago. well actually i had some taco bell nacho and taco supremes with no meat. vegetarian and feels great! |
| jbluntz | 12-31-2010 09:40 PM | It's not really about what you eat so much it's more about how much you eat combined with your level of activity. |

No mention of In & Out? That's blasphemy!
My favorites here in SoCal are In & Out, Carls Jr. (mmmm guacamole bacon cheesburger), taco shops and Jack in the Box.
I eat fast food at least 5 times a week. I have super human metabolism though. It's ridiculous no matter how much I eat, I never gain any weight. It's literally like a medical phenomena, doctors could probably research my body and find the cure for obesity. | Yes, In and Out rules. El Polo Loco is pretty good too, and If your in So Cal, Fatburger is off the chain! If you like hot dogs, the Wienerscnitzel is pretty good too. |
| poorgirl | 01-01-2011 01:42 AM | I like panda express, does this count fast food :) |
| jbluntz | 01-01-2011 02:43 AM | Panda express is ok but most teriaki take out is better, I actually had some today, and you get free tea sriracha sauce and chopsticks also ,at most of em, big plus. |

I actually want to gain more weight cause I find my self to skinny right now but I'm regular weight (165lbs 5'10) but want to gain more so I can turn it into more muscle. I hit the gym regularly . |
| jbluntz | 01-01-2011 03:27 AM | You're as tall as me only I'm 45 lbs heavier and it's all muscle plus I've got broad shoulders, I'm pretty happy with the way I look and I eat out 5-7 times a week and still built like an athlete. |

| mycrowman | 03-23-2011 04:46 AM | The only fast food I really put up with is Wendys. If I am in the city I will tend to hit up some of the carts that actually have some really good food on the cheap. |
