Best you can do is waste their time and act like you are interested.

check out the 419 scam baiter sites, they are hilarious, Ive done minor replies asking stupid questions before, but youre right total waste of time..

Good thing you keep it "confidential" as they ask you, to "protect you".. Just tell them you have PayPal account and you are "protected" already more than you ever want to be.....lol

ask them to verify it is them and not a scammer by sending you a photo of themself, sitting on a goat and wearing underpants on their head.

Best thing you can do is get some of that info on your competitor or a guy who screwed you over. Then submit it. How about using that on eBay CEO?
