Dumb Fearless or clueless?

I've seen many of these videos with people doing crazy stuff on skyscrapers trusting their strength and balance to keep them from falling off but a Chinese bootleg made hoverboard???? that's insane to me. Trusting your life with that thing is like trusting a Chinese made elevator if you seen those videos...

I honestly don't even ride elevators in the USA anymore from seeing those videos. Id rather take the stairs.

You guys should check out the killer Chinese elevator videos.

Those literally make me scared to take an elevator now. Literally swallows you whole then who knows what happens.

The Chinese developed a tactic where they start to jump over the metal parts at the top which i do sometimes but if feel like people look at me like an idiot here in the US.

Wait, what? I've been trying to understand what you mean by that..

If someone jumped down (rather than up?), how would they be able to go over an elevator? And how/why would someone be trying to jump over an elevator in the first place? Elevators are usually in enclosed shafts so I just can't picture someone jumping down, over an elevator, to avoid having their face ripped off.

Please elaborate, lol.
