Personally I write all account info in a notepad. When the info is complete, I printscreen my desktop on the corresponding user account and open it in photoshop. Once I've whitewashed it, all the account info is typed in and saved to desktop background.

That way I have a hard copy, and super easy access to account details should they be required simply by using 'show desktop'.

I just use a Excel spreadsheet in my Dropbox folder. So I don't need to worry about backups and the account information are available everywhere.
