Coinbase is offering PayPal as a cash-out payment method for U.S. users only. In the future, they hope to add support for other countries, and to support buys through PayPal too.
I'm not sure how useful this will be for stealth accounts.. but it's a good step in the right direction.

The way I read it, it says you can sell your bitcoin to paypal. Am I mistaking?
Awesome would be if you could sell your paypal balance for bitcoins. This does not seem to be a viable option for cashing out a paypal; instead it seems to be a cash out for bitcoin only.
Someone else please chime in. Cashing out paypal into BTC would be sweet!!!
It's a very good way to move funds from an EU PayPal that can cash out to VCC and by extension BTC into a US PayPal potentially. This makes moving funds from PayPal to PayPal a very viable option
It also opens the door for withdrawal to BTC potentially in time to come
I wonder if Paypal is actually buying the BTC or if there is a middle-man who you sell your BTC to, who then deposits money into your Paypal account. Buying up wholesale BTC seems a bit risky for a wannabe financial institution like Paypal..

EXACTLY! Seems backwards. Can anyone confirm you can use paypal balance to buy bitcoin. That is the only thing I would be interested in. Why would I take a safe source of funds I am in control of and give it to paypal.
