May want to consider scanning computer along with getting a proper antivirus. Malwarebytes works good. I'd also consider changing that email and perhaps not give it out to anyone or sign up with it. I use a lot of dummy emails to do sign ups. On this site I used a good email but never been spammed like how you describe.

Wow that's fugging awesome...I have preferred logmein all the time...I wonder if similar issues exist...

All of those programs have serious vulnerabilities, even Windows RDC.

In my case I had never installed teamviewer. It was an actual virus which incorporated a teamviewer installation as a means to take over the victims computer. Quite brilliant, honestly. If I hadn't been sitting at my laptop when they got in, who knows what would have happened. I KNOW it was a Chinese hacker though. I remember trying to open up Ebay and the hacker would keep x'ing out. I did this like ten times until a little teamviewer dialogue box popped up and said "Are u having the ebay problem, C****?" They even had my name.

Needless to say I immediately closed everything down and installed Spybot/AVG. No problems since, thankfully.
