Is retail arbitrage looked down here?

Seems like there is a lot of drop shippers or online arbitragers here but what about retail arbitrage...how many people do it?

I do when everytime i go shopping for any reason if the offer is good enough to pass ill buy it, if not i keep going.

Ive been doing it for 10 years! The haters will no doubt chime in saying "you need inventory on hand".. "Ebay will ban you".... "Paypal will ban you"...and the usual crap

I merely brought it up because almost anywhere you go like the offical Amazon forum, Reddit, and such that people just seem to have this negative view on buying retail.

In the 2 years I have been selling I have seen people at retail sourcing and I just wonder how many of us are out there.
