Your failed attempts. I tried to make a dog gift box subscription site like www.barkbox.com

Completely failed. Lost about 5k, but the extra stock was helpful in getting stealths up and running.

I realized that all my efforts in playing stealth for the last 4 years was worthless, I could have put all my money in bitcoin in 2009 and at the end become a multi-millionaire by just working at mcdonalds for 8 years until everything went all the way up last year.

Brother begged I help him with his second last failure.

He was flogging off spare parts of the Asian variety. He wanted them BAGGED.

I spent hours sewing bags, breaking sewing machine needles,and he did not even sell enough to pay me.

I wanted another lot of cryptos.... he did not bite

There will be a next time.

When I first started my side consultant business, I went and bid on large contracts that I would not win - lost quite a bit of money in the process of travelling, hiring tech and graphic design help, etc.

Hell, I still have hundreds of FBA items on my suspended account from summer of 2017

The FBA removal has been "processing" for 7 months!

Thats like $5000 sitting lost somewhere in a warehouse. I've had at least 30 cases over this timeframe and a dozen phone calls. Amazon FBA is ****ED!

It is good for high volume new items. But that is it. One offs are not worth it

The cryptocurrency war is over and Bitcoin had already won. I think in the near future we will see Bitcoin getting scrapped and replaced by tokens such as Ripple, these tokens will be used by banks as a feature from the future that will make them even more profits.

Bitcoin had not been regulated from the beginning and the big players really do hate it > expect major crackdowns to follow in the next few months.


I personally think that people who invested in Bitcoin when it sold for pennies are the luckiest people that ever walked the surface of this planet.

I personally think there is no more money to made off Bitcoin, the game is simply over.

Amazon has a special paragraph in their terms of service which reads something like this:

"If we detect that you are doing something illegal on Amazon (i.e: fraud), we might forfeit your money indefinitely"


Seems like they're kicking a lot of sellers and keeping both their money and inventory.

I’ve lost shops and failed meeting my own expectations but I kept on going and I’m still in the game because I didn’t let the losses define me.

no company or product that i see made is perfect with everybody being happy.

At the end though, because the companies kept pushing forward they are still alive and well in spite of all the shortcomings of their product reviews they take the criticism and continue to release better products and services.

I’ve been in the service industry, and the construction industry, and other things in between, my whole life. I’ve made a LOT of money, but I’ve usually invested it back into the business, and in the end my worst business mistake has always been not knowing when to quit and liquidate my investment and walk away.

When things start to go downhill, I tend to apply a lot of creativity and effort and change the game so I still do well when everybody else is folding up and running.

In the end, though, sometimes your market just goes away. There have been a number of times I’ve been the last person standing in my field, but my field has gone away around me.

I started a business that I realized was going to be a regulatory nightmare. Due to the nature of the business and the way things are changing my product will becomes obsolete in 3 years.

Of course I only realized both of these things after pumping a bunch of money into it.

Do your research people!!

I tried to market a paper restaurant plate / table mat which you would place on tables or on top of mall food court plates. I'd litter advertisements along the side of the mat and interesting content in the middle and/or the restaurants brand. Id charge the advertisers a monthly fee to be placed on the mat.

It turns out most restaurant owners and malls were not too thrilled with the idea lol.

Haha, funny you say. I tried to copy and rebrand this as well. I didn't have the passion though to go through. I always found Coffee News extremely boring and if I had something that was more entertaining it could succeed. Oh well.
