Hey thanks for all the info... but why would you use the word Disney if not for a disney character??
Its amazing.. I would have thought any old characters like snow white etc would be fine with out saying they are disney characters...doesnt make any sense.

I may be a bit skeptic but, I doubt disney is looking around for a small time seller that's using their names. And that is quite dumb. So what if he wants to call the product Cinderalla, so now no child can use the name Cinderalla? **** that, I say sell em. Not that big of a risk in my book. And I mean...how can you ****ing copyright a name ffs???

Theme park exclusives don't have to be Disney characters. Don't ask me why, but it's true. When Lucas ran the original Star Tours, that merchandise was ALL OVER the theme parks. Same goes for other properties. If a deal can be reached, they'll sell pretty much anything.

you can use cinderella as a description.. can't sell the actual disney character w/o their permission. (though I think used stuff is okay, just can't have a business)
