I have/had same issue like yours right now, I think they suspended/removed your account and you're no longer able to use it.

Probably they saw what you're selling( if it's prohibated in their site or one of your buyers reported your shop to the bon anza )

I just went through that. I called Bonanza and they said it was due to suspicious ACTIVITY. Im just going to create a new account..its not worth fighting over.

Ecrater was crap last time I tried years ago, it seemed like there was one guy running the site and he had his eye on everything

Bonanza used to be pretty good, yes when you get the "log out complete" thing then you are banned

You have been permanently banned. Even if you contact Bonanza, you'll simply receive back the same canned message with no further possibility of getting re-instated. Further attempts to contact them will lead to your e-mails being ignored by support. Bonanza is great, but it's virtually impossible to get back in the game with an account after you have been suspended. You'll have to make a new stealth account.

Have you tried it to experiment? I can see an easy link to the old PP account because of the Mercari source of sales...which could lead to problems
