Temporary Shipping Ban on Facebook Marketplace???

New to the forum, happy to be a member.

I had a question that I didn't see answered anywhere else.

I've got a stellar Facebook marketplace account as far as seller ratings / reviews.

As we know Facebook only allows $500 or less to offer shipping.

Well apparently I cannot offer shipping at the moment.. it's actually been almost 60 days. The buy it now option is greyed out.. it won't let me list anything with shipping.. nor can I purchase anything on FB.

Im not banned from the marketplace. I've tried contacting FB support but that's next to impossible. I got on chat with a live agent.. also a giant waste of time.

1. Anyone know how to get around this?
2. Anyone have this issue currently and got it fixed?

This is really hurting my other side hustle so I'd like a solution.

Welcome to the forum. I wish I could help but I have very little Facebook account experience, but I do want everyone to know that the threadstarter is a personal friend of mine and I would appreciate anyone here who can help him with his Facebook issue.

Wow if you wanted a photo all you needed to do is ask me, I had no idea that you had this curiosity. Tell you what I'll do, you send me your picture and I'll send you mine, and as a bonus I'll include a picture of my pets as well. But in all seriousness if you can help out my buddy either here on the open forum or via DM I would appreciate it, he is a friend just trying to get by.

I unfortunately don't do any kind of business on facebook because of things like this and the type of people that are there making comments.

But thinking outside the box, I have seen people be happier moving from facebook to mercari.

Have you thought about this?

Just your pets... but I think we already traded their photos a long time ago.
