Default web Site

I am clueless on how to open a web site. Is it expensive to do? Is it difficult to open a user friendly web site and keep it up to date?

Right, it's a programming language for the web. It's very dynamic and has tons of options to do just about anything you want. Most websites use some sort of PHP, ASP, ASPX and HTML.

This forum and blog is PHP based.

It's also good for SEO.
