If you're looking for an item in that category to sell, well keep researching.
I'd think for UK there's a government page that lists all these? a specific division of the government? |

Product only has 3 ingredients, I have checked on eBay, and seems that the ingredients are found on eBay within other products, but from experience I know that doesn't mean much, need to make sure 100% |

problem is it;'ll never be 100% certainty....
how about calling ebay ask try to ask?
Or look at other sellers who have been selling those ingredients for a long time, then see what the requirements are if any? |

Let's say you call and speak to someone knowledgable like in merchant support, their knowledge might be exactly what damages you because majority of other agents don't. |
