He should just return the $3000 (less the $500 a month minimum rental fee, which from the date looks like Mar, Apr, May, Jun) then everyone's made whole and can move on.

What he's doing with the account now is nobodies business but his.
Never once did i agree to a monthly fee which is insanity. Only 10% of sales.

You're delusional bro. You had one chance to present your case here and you've done a bad job. It's an E-BAY STEALTH FORUM. Registered accounts do not belong to eBay any more than a used F-150 belongs to Ford. The two of you had a business arrangement which you fell through on, plain and simple.

It's damn near impossible to create new accounts which you understood when you agreed to do business with the guy. Why are you fussing about the registration details or whatever now, only after you've failed to turn a profit with the account?

My goal was to create awareness on ahmaed’s behavior.

We agreed on 10% cut on sales. Changed the terms to $500 monthly withheld my funds of 3k - that is delusional.

I want my money and be done.

The details of hand surgery and reasons for it are lacking - please provide.

All in all, sales decreased. He decided to bitterly impose a $500 monthly fee for “rent” lol since i wasnt selling as before. Who in their right mind does that? Worse, who in their right mind agrees to such madness. He lives in a world where this is digital real estate for him and thats why i say, account isnt yours to be making such demands.

Hilarious, of course he wants to get a minimum amount each month, completely standard in any business agreement based on a percentage of sales, if your sales aren't enough to cover that that's your problem.

It's absolutely his digital asset and he can demand what he likes, you should have handed back the account if you didn't agree or couldn't pay.

He decided to throw this in the mix when i could not physically list or ship. If it was a power move, he could have just removed the account. I clearly disagreed with this new change to our agreement. If this was outlined at the beginning of our engagement, then i would ofc be at fault.

Just want my 3k earnings and be done.

He sent messages to eBay and Payoneer to destroy my 5-year-old account, which cost thousands of dollars!

Now you can see how he is a ***** person

Ahmaed, return my 3k from my hard earned work and were done. I didnt even mentioned the penny pinching he did over time. Had subscriptions and other money flowing out. Admin already asked you to do so. He has a major character flaw: manipulative, deflective and combative.

Ask him where our tel convo went..trying to erase his tracks.

idk man.. I'm trying to be sympathetic because of how long you've been on the forum. But to me this reads as:
- you entered into a partnership, basically, by agreeing to pay a commission on sales to the person who provided you the account
- once the account was under your control, you dropped the ball and failed to maintain it (the reasons are irrelevant), and became unprofitable
- he started wanting to bill you for rent since you were wasting a good account
- he took back over the account trying to keep it profitable
- you start trying to call all kinds of foul because you got pissed off
- even though you understood perfectly well how the account was created when you started using it
- now you're sending emails to companies trying to shut the guy down??

Very unsportsmanlike, if I'm being honest.

You were right till your third bullet point. The account was roasted because he blocked access and did not allow me to ship on time and address INR claim. All of this time he was keeping my funds from me. 3k total. His plan was to use it to sell items he didnt have and scam. None of my business but he could have his kept his end of the deal when he offered to let me keep the account for the 3k.

If that's the case then how do your hand injuries tie into the story? It sounds like he took back over the account because you fell behind.. putting the account at risk.

He has already suspended many accounts due to his items not received cases

Yeah.. figured that there's a whole lot more to the story. People tend to leave out the parts that make themselves look bad.

He took the account “back” after 5 months. This isnt some recent happening. I never fell behind. His blocking me from accessing the account caused more and more issues. This account was VERY far ahead with an account manager and all.

You can ask as many questions as you’d like. I have nothing to hide. He offered another account because he liked the way i worked. Agreeing to the same 10% of sales model, it never changed.

Ahmead, would you like to tell them about 100% feedback from 300 to over 1k? Every dispute I resolved and kept bbe in check all this time?

Instead of offering the account to me for the 3k he was holding. He created ⊗⊗⊗⊗ listings of high ticket items totaling 17k. Are these the principles that align with a good seller here on the forum?

If he's able to fill the orders and keep the account alive, then why does it make any difference to you what he does with it? You're grasping at straws.
