I do not use I offer, can you cancel the transaction like you can on e bay?

Your fees may then be credited back to your account.

I will look into it...

IOffer Non-Paying Buyer:

Note: Non-Paying Buyer (NPB). Before you designate a NPB, you must send 2 invoices to the buyer and wait 21 days and not over 45 days after the completed transaction.

If you want my opinion. I think I-Offer is one of the biggest scams out there. Why do ask. The feedback is slow and,you can't upload photos and,You're dealing with buyers some of them that go out of you're to cheat on the price. and, when you complain about what doesn't work they never reply back.

I'd be careful with those instant offers if I were you. This buyer I had on web store tried to think they could get away with to stick me with the postage and,so I did and, that was a week ago the buyer kept saying she would pay the difference but has failed to do so,and I had to turn that buyer to web store customer service, and I'm not saying all buyers are bad. But,you have some buyers who will do or say anything to get something for nothing. I'm not telling you to don't do business on i-offer I'm just saying be careful.

I have tried Ioffer long time ago and I got the same case as yours, in my experience they won't get your fees back. I have tried so many ways to get my fees back which are email, contact, send a ticket, etc but they still didn't respond me. Just be careful if you playing iOffer :D
