Dropship from eBay legal?

Well if they are brand new retail then its not such an issue. Used goods are different though.

there have been many sellers who do not like you drop shipping because if there is non receipt the seller have to deal with the issue and there is no confirmation goods haven't been delivered anyway. It gets messy for sure.

I do drop ship myself and with success but there are pitfalls to it as well

Ebay came up with a new rule called Retail Arbitrage but thats for selling on EBAY,not buying from Ebay and have the Ebay seller dropship to your buyer
