Google Checkout Badge?

I've seen some adwords campaigns with the google checkout badge. I have google checkout and I also heard its free to process funds if you also spend a certain amount on adwords. I have $10k in credit for my checkout as my account says. How does one show the badge on your adwords? I've heard you get higher CTRs and conversions if the badge is shown. Thanks.

Just FYI. I have my google checkout badge on my adword ads now for about 2 days. I can't really tell yet if I get higher CTR or conversions. However, my ad does stand out when compared to others in my competition without them. Its also nice to have NO transaction fees from google checkout when I link it to my adwords account. I've got $10,000 worth of checkout credits. :D
