Pulling out relevant email address from my suspended ebay to promote my website

I had 3 niches that I sold in my suspended ebay account.
My plan is to create 3 websites and dedicate each one to a
different niche. I want to create a mailing list for each website
using my old customers from ebay. Is there any software I can use to pull out
those relevant emails for the specific niche which I can later use
to start marketing my website through emails?
Sorry if this was asked before, if yes, a link would be much appreciated.

I think it would be easier to download a sales history report from PayPal. You can do up to a year at a time and one of the fields is the email address. It puts it into a CSV file for you which you can manipulate in Excel.

Much easier than trying to get a program to pull email addresses from eBay...

Haven't thought about it. Thank you

Re: Pulling out relevant email address from my suspended ebay to promote my website

OK, I tried pp and it doesn't work for me. First hey only have
records from the past two years. I want to be able to go at
list 4 years back. I tried to pull out transactions list for specific
items (based on the listing title) but it didn't gave me anything.
When I searched for general transactions I did get a list with
only the buyer name, date and the amount transferred to my pp.
No email. So it basically useless if I have to click on each
transaction and copy paste the email. I could do the same from
my gmail, but it will take me forever. I found some third party
software that are suppose to dig in to my gmail and can pull out
emails from any email. haven't tried it yet, but it cost money,
and I am honestly not comfortable with a third party having an
access to my gmail. So not sure about it.

OK, so far this is the only solution I found:

How to Extract Email Addresses from your Gmail Messages

I would have to use the premium option for $40 to be able to extract

emails from messages. If anyone tried this method or have another

idea, please share.

$40 for potentially thousands upon thousands of dollars in sales is worth it in my opinion.

Go for it?

How are you going to send out emails?

Email could be a bit of a problem if the buyers have not had contact with you in several years. The issue is, if your ISP considers this to be SPAM, then they will shut down your website in a heartbeat. And you don't want to get on the Spamhaus black list.

Not that it cannot be done, but it has to be done CAREFULLY. I certainly wouldn't send thousands of emails at a time.

Have you looked into a service that handles emails? Have you thought about the SPAM angle?

Honestly, I've also wanted to use my email lists for awhile, but I'm somewhat hesitant because of the whole SPAM issue. I've spent too much time and money building up my website to allow anything to happen to it. So, I've mostly been using Constant Contact, but they have an opt-in procedure that must be followed, so you cannot just upload old lists.

I know this sucks, because technically, we are not proposing to spam anyone, these people have bought from us in the past. But ISP's are NOT going to make that distinction.

I would be interested in any ideas on this issue myself.

Good question. I haven't started working on how to send emails out.
You mentioned in your ebook AWeber as the best option for email marketing
so i guess I will use them.

I never considered the spamming issue you mentioned.
I don't mind sending 200 emails a week instead of 1000.
Would that help?
Also, I am trying to pull out relevant emails for the website
I will promote. Meaning, if someone bought item X from me
in the past, he will only get an email regarding the website
that sells item X (or same niche).

As of services that handle this, there is the above link in my
previous message.
I also found this service, but they haven't replied to my questions:

https://minemymail.com/

For $10 they will extract all emails from your mailbox (title and body)

Looks promising, but so far their CS seems slow. Not a good start.

I asked them if they provide an option to divide the extracted emails to folders. So I will have folder with emails of customers who bought item X,
so they will only get a marketing email for a specific website I hope it is possible. If not I am not really sure how I can
handle this, besides sending all emails, promoting different websites of mine to all of my previous clients regardless of which item they have purchased. I guess this is where spamming can hit me back.

Re: Pulling out relevant email address from my suspended ebay to promote my website

The only thing I would say about these services, is many of them will prepare lists and do all sorts of things for you, but the email is then sent from your servers.

And a lot of these services just want to make themselves look good to get a few hundred from you. Remember, in some parts of the world, that is a fortune.

So E CAREFUL whatever you decide to do. I would be searching for any complains people had been posting about any service I was considering using.

I use to offer an emailing service years ago and we would ask the sender his business and than compile all the emails from like bizs and create fresh hot lists to sell to other bizs

Email lists are gold! but be careful re spam laws. Some places require you to have double opt in.

If that doesn't bug you then you can use a service like:

Send Better Email | MailChimp
Email, Social, and Event Marketing Solutions — Constant Contact

Re: Pulling out relevant email address from my suspended ebay to promote my website

Thank you all for your suggestions.
I ended up purchasing a software to extract emails from my banned ebay
account mailbox. This software is suppose to be able to extract emails from
websites, Craigslist etc. Haven't tried it yet.
I will come back with some notes on how it is working.
This was essential service to start with, since I have around 30,000 emails
from 5 years of selling on ebay, and I would really want to make use of these.
I am not able to extract emails into group of product/categories, which
is not that great for me since my goal is to have several websites, each with
its own niche.

As far as email marketing I will definitely have to do some more reading
to avoid spamming etc.

Thanks again.
