Default Has anyone tried the Ebay Commerce Network?

I wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with the Ebay Commerce Network?

I am looking to boost my website a bit. Right now eBay and Amazon account for about 80% of my sales and I would REALLY like to lessen that to under 50%. It just scares me to rely so much on websites that are so volatile for my income.

I am already using Google Adwords, and it is working pretty well - I find that it costs just slightly less for each sale than what eBay charges. Bing/Yahoo is a waste of time, IMHO, because they have very little traffic. I use them and will continue to do so, but they probably account for less than 1% of my sales.

I enclose a flyer for my website with each eBay and Amazon order and that has been where most of my traffic is coming from. After 5 years, I have the site doing between $7,000 and $8,000 per month gross and would like to increase that.

The Ebay Commerce Network charges between 5 cents and a dollar for a click-through depending on the category and price of the merchandise. My site accepts PayPal and I also have my own merchant account. For now, I want to stay away from Bitcoin, just because of the bad reputation it has in terms of people associating it with drug transactions.

Any thoughts, experiences or suggestions?

How did it work out? I see you posted this a couple of years ago, but I'd appreciate your incite. I just started getting traffic from this source but it seems kinda junky so far.

He hasn't posted in over a year so I don't think you're going to get your answer.

It is an interesting topic, tho. I have seen those ads more frequently and was wondering myself if they were worth the investment.
