Failed again don't know what to do

6th time getting suspended on eBay, once I list 1-2 days later I get suspended permanently, but this time I lasted 2 weeks which I way longer than my previous accounts so what is causing me to fail?

Everything I did step by step

I got a new phone and phone number. (Refurbished iPhone 7 only connected to my main phone hotspot until the sim card arrived in the mail, but never downloaded the eBay app. Carrier is boost mobile, only using to receive sms codes and call eBay.

Old laptop that got suspended on eBay before but I completely wiped it and reinstalled windows 10 and downloaded chrome

Used a Residential IP, private a not blacklisted on any sites, but on whoer.net it's says im 100% anonymous and that it's a Residential IP but when I got to IP burger it says im in New York ( I live im two states over) and that my IP type is hosting. Which site is right? I went 6 ip checker sites including whoer.net and 5/6 says im anonymous and I have a residential up but IP burger says im in a different state and the ip type is hosting.

Used a UPS box as an address with my business name on it and use suite instead of #123
So like:

ABC Goods
123 Main St
Suite #123

Got a Buissness Bank that has the UPS box as the address

Signed up on eBay as a business and waited a day before listed a book for $10 no stock images, and used exif cleaner. (Diary of a wimpy kid) got some views then suspended...called in they asked questions answered them then they asked do I have a supplier and I said no, that's probably really suspicious for a business but I don't I just resell stuff from Walmart, target macy's etc. After a few min they said the suspension was permanent.

So...
Did then UPS box that get me suspended?

Is it because I made a business account and waited to list, most new eBay users that make a business list immediately right? Should've I jumped straight in instead of wating.

Could I got unlucky and got a banned number?

Blacklisted IP?

Maybe the book? Such a basic thing for a business account huh?

Where did I F up? Going on 2 years of studying this forum and getting the Stealth Book and still don't know what I did wrong.

IPBurger isn't the problem. Neither is your iPhone 7.
Laptop you don't even need to reinstall windows.

What were you selling? ANd what was the message from eBay?

I didn't say IP burger was the problem I said when I checked my Residential IP on 6 sites 5 of them said that I was anonymous and the up was not blacklisted. IP burger said that my IP is not a Residential IP and it's located in a different state.

I listed a book Diary of a wimpy kid for $10 and the message was the generic message you when you get suspended:


Your eBay account has been permanently suspended because we noticed activity that we believe is a risk to our community.

This means the following:
- You can’t buy or sell on eBay any longer. Any other accounts that you own or that are associated with this account have also been suspended.
- Outstanding selling fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the payment method we have on file.

The safety of our community is a top priority for us, so our decision to permanently suspend your account is final and can’t be appealed.

if you get a RED result there, then that's really worrisome. Let us know.

The stealth guide says to make a new windows user, so if eBay can see the hardware fingerprint that means you would have to buy a new device every time you get suspended.

you got a residential IP plan from IPBurger but they are saying it s not a residential IP? What?

And stop listening to people about hardware finger print etc etc, a new windows user account has always been more than enough.

Diary of a wimpy kid is a famous book right? That could be one of the reasons.

For my items how generic do I need to get? I want to it sell to see what happens next. If I list a few t shirts, pants or what ever else that nobody is looking for I will never be able to list stuff that in the $50-$100 range because I wouldn't have sold anything.

I looked all around my house I don't have anything that's low risk that will sell. Coats, shirts, hats...name brand. Books is too high risk. I'm willing go take a loss on anything just to see what happens after it sells but, the only super low risk thing I got is a hat that retails for $50 and resell is $100 so if I try to sell it for $20 it will look real suspicious that im selling a $100 hat for $20.

No, I didn't not say I used a residential from IP burger I said I checked my residential on the IP burger site where it shows your IP and location. When I im logged into my residential ip it says my type is hosting and my location is two states off.

My residential is Ohio not New York and it says type: hosting.

Then I don't know what to say about your IP provider.
I kept telling people that the majority of providers out there don't give you what they say they'll give you so this could and will attribute to issues down the road.

About items if I were to do this in your shoes and I absolutely wanna go and be super anal about it, I'll find something from a dollar store and sell at $5 or even $10 . do that the first week, get good feedback, 2nd week increase the volume, 3rd week, then 4th week then 5th week still do the same but add that expensive item .

So it's a total build up that requires a lot of patience and try not to be too anxious and stressed out.
