IPBUrger Service Issue

Hi, im new to stealth, and progressing along after getting ebaystealth and Amazon Ghost. Got IPBurger Residential IP but have not been able to get connection since i got this service. All the Residential IP credentials that i got from the site is not working with my vmware win7 config. Is anyone facing the same issue, i have been in touch with the support and they mentioned something about an upgrade but doesnt make any sense, if the service is not available then why offer it in the first place.

Their service IS available, I'm using it as we speak.
Also wth are you using a VMware?

If they say they are upgrading something for your neck of the woods area then they just are.
