PayPal Gets limited after i get first sale

Hello aspkin comunity.
So i have bee having issues with sealth lately , Where every time i receive money on stealth it get perma limited
I first thought maybe amount is too big for fresh paypal so i sen 1 $ to it and boom perma limited

It maybe was flagged for suspension already, either from personal info, IP, phone number or banks/cards used

any virtual banks , virtual cards
Maybe already use same details before.

I added PayPal twice to different marketplaces and after a few sales pp would perm suspend. PayPal seems stricter not sure.
