Passing video verification

What methods are people using to get passed video verification which comes up on many different sites .
I was thinking obviously make a creative Id with your own pic such as a driving license or passport and then upload the selfie they ask for ?

More and more companies are using video verification, for example, I'll take amazon:
I had an appointment for a video call with the operator, they asked me to show my passport, but interestingly, the operator had my country's passport in his hands to compare it with my passport.
They asked me questions about sales on Amazon, and the utilities bill
The number that was added to the amazon account should have been available for calls
