My accountant has a medical doctor who makes $2 million/year,when he went to file his return,IRS said it has already been filed and $80 tax refund has been issued.

It turns out a guy who used to work for this doctor stole his SSN and filed a return,pocketing the $80,he must have way to cash that check?
