How to collect payments anonymously?

I need to make invoices for the clients but I do not want to reveal my identity.

Paypal sucks with their limitations, crypto is not the option for me because I need to create invoice, what other options do I have?

I'm thinking about stealth wise account.

I'm not selling anything illegal or scam, so my account should not get any disputes.

ZEN is very good online bank for EU. Possible to open solo trader account with only name of business.

I have the same concern. For Business Payoneer, does the client need to have Payoneer account too to be able to pay for my services? I use paypal business account but on hold for 21 days.
