hi looking for legality advice on paypal stealth
 

first hi to the community i have been reading this site for years without creating an account and i want to ask if the vbas and vcc to create stealth account are not created with other peoples identity or ssn and actually hurt other people or they are completely anonymous and dont hurt anyone ⊗⊗⊗⊗ docs ....
Im just another user sick of getting paypal chargebacks on ebay and paxful.

vcc are gift cards. No VBA in the UK. you use YOUR bank account.

Stealth method - as discussed on this forum - does not steal people's identity and will not hurt other people since you aren't using their SSN or other real info.

Why are you getting so many chargebacks OP? Problem with business model that needs addressing?

Thanks i worried because i care about people dont want to hurt anyone i get chargebacks because i do trades on paxful and sell on ebay and my main problem is with paxful with paypal being against bitcoin but the stealth book has helped me showed me a lot of stuff i already knew plus new things good buy
